By accessing or using sarfarazparfumer.com and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
Products & Pricing
All attars, oudh and perfumes are described and priced to the best of our knowledge. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.
Orders & Payments
All payments on Sarfaraz Parfumer are processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway, supporting UPI, credit / debit cards, net banking and popular wallets. Your payment details are never stored on our servers. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully captured by Razorpay and an order confirmation is issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–1 business day of successful payment. Standard delivery across India takes 2–7 business days via our trusted courier partners. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and Sarfaraz Parfumer is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited back to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Authenticity
All attars, oudh and perfumes sold by Sarfaraz Parfumer are handcrafted or sourced from trusted suppliers and are 100% authentic to our house formulations. Any reference to designer brand names is used solely for scent-family comparison and does not imply affiliation with those trademark owners.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Sarfaraz Parfumer name, logo, product photography and descriptions — is the property of Sarfaraz Parfumer and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or use the service in violation of any applicable laws. We reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict access where misuse is suspected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarfaraz Parfumer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order placed.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
