Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sarfaraz Parfumer order. Please review the terms below regarding cancellations, replacements and refunds. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Eligibility for Returns
As fragrances are hygiene-sensitive personal-care products, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, leaked, defective, or wrongly shipped. Opened, used, or unsealed bottles are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review scent notes, sizes and descriptions carefully — or WhatsApp us — before ordering.
Damaged, Leaked or Wrong Item
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing photo or video. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch (usually within 0–1 business day of order placement). Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled but remains eligible for replacement under the damaged / wrong-item terms above.
Refund Method & Timeline
All payments on Sarfaraz Parfumer are collected securely through Razorpay. Approved refunds are issued back to the original Razorpay payment method (UPI, card, net-banking or wallet) within 5–7 business days of approval. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation from Razorpay once the refund is initiated.
How to Raise a Return Request
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 63069 61343 or email sarfarazparfumer@ptyes with your Order ID, a short description of the issue and photos/video where applicable. Our support team responds within a few hours during business hours (10 AM – 10 PM IST).
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference of scent, minor variation in colour or bottle finish (as attars are handcrafted in small batches), or if the return request is raised after 48 hours from delivery.
