Unopened, unused bottles in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, opened bottles are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Share an unboxing video and photographs within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp. Verified damaged, leaking or incorrect items are replaced free of charge or fully refunded.

Approved refunds are issued to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Yes. Every attar is blended and bottled in-house using premium fragrance oils. Longevity ranges from 6 to 12+ hours depending on the composition and your skin chemistry.

All Sarfaraz Parfumer attars are 100% oil-based, alcohol free and skin friendly — suitable for daily wear and religious use.

Store upright, away from direct sunlight and heat, ideally at room temperature. Sealed properly, an attar can improve with age like fine oud.
