Payments & Razorpay
All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. When you pay, you are securely redirected to Razorpay's environment; the information you enter there is governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy. We only receive the payment status, transaction ID and amount.
WhatsApp & Communication
As most orders and support at Sarfaraz Parfumer are coordinated over WhatsApp, messages you send us are used only for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by informing us.
